Estate Maintenance & Gardening Team MemberPermanent | £27,000–£30,000 | NR PlymouthAre you passionate about the outdoors and working with animals? We’re looking for a practical, hands-on team player to join our small, friendly team maintaining a private estate with gardens, grounds, and a small collection of alpacas, chickens, and other livestock.**Key Responsibilities:**- Garden and grounds maintenance using strimmers, hedge cutters, and ride-on mowers - Daily care and upkeep of alpacas, chickens, and other livestock - General estate work including fencing, upkeep, and seasonal tasks**About You:**- Experience with estate or garden maintenance - Confident using outdoor power tools and machinery - Comfortable working around animals - A chainsaw licence and horticultural qualifications would be a bonus - Must hold a valid driving licence (remote location)**Schedule:**- Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in return)If you enjoy working outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and being part of a small, dedicated team—this could be just the role for you.
