Estate Gardner and Maintenance Assistant

Full time Permanent

Site based including weekend work

Are you passionate about the outdoors and skilled in both gardening and general maintenance? We're looking for a hands-on, reliable individual to join our private estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance gardens and green spaces year-round
• Prune, plant, mow, fertilize, and manage pest control
• Operate and maintain garden machinery and tools
• Perform general repairs and odd jobs around the estate (painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy
• Exercise and care for trained gun dogs on weekends

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in gardening and handy-work
• Confident using horticultural tools and machinery
• Strong repair and maintenance skills
• A love for nature, a can-do attitude, and great attention to detail
• Flexibility, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills
