Role Summary: Manage vehicle funding operations in Finance department, supporting Finance team with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Finance vehicle excel database.
- Coordinate vehicle funding processes, including HP clearance and settlement.
- Liaise with Auction Houses and Funders for clearances.
- Expedite funding processes, resolve issues, and coordinate payments.
- Secure credit facilities for corporate clients and monitor lines.
- Act as primary contact for Funders, Dealers, and internal departments.
- Facilitate Funder audits and distribute reports.
- Develop and maintain work instructions for Funding.
- Ensure data integrity and resolve system errors.
- Manage funder accounts, handle invoicing, and maintain filing system.
Person Specification:
- Some accounts experience.
- Familiarity with quality standards.
- Ability to deliver accurate work under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and adaptability to new systems.
