Join a leading global private markets investment firm recognized for its innovative strategies across private equity, real assets, and private credit. Who are expanding their high-impact Data team, which plays a critical role in maintaining the data infrastructure that drives portfolio analytics, investor reporting, and operational excellence. This is a temporary (contract) position.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• • Accurately manage and input transactional investment and investor data throughout the full investment lifecycle.
  • Process daily cashflows, ensuring timely reconciliation and enabling accurate investor reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve cash breaks and respond to internal/external stakeholder queries.
  • Conduct quality control checks, collaborating with front office and portfolio management teams to uphold data integrity.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and system migrations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, promoting adherence to internal controls and best practices.
  • Liaise with third-party administrators to ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery.
  • Assist with investment data analysis to support strategic decision-making across diverse private market asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in private markets and will have a deep understanding of fund structures and investment lifecycle. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
