Job Description :

Sterling Williams are working alongside a leading International Bank based in the City of London, who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Officer to join the Deal Execution team within the Fund Finance division.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-value transactions and play a key role in supporting client services, onboarding, credit risk, and execution processes in a newly formed position. The successful candidate will likely have experience in Fund Finance, Corporate Banking, Structured Finance or Credit Administration.

  • Client Account Officer - Fund Finance
  • Salary circa £48 - £52,000 pa plus benefits (competitive)
  • City of London based - typically 3 days from the office, and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for Fund Finance transactions, working closely with front office and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding, KYC checks, and credit documentation.
  • Support the execution of deal lifecycle processes, including risk approvals, documentation workflows, and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular ad hoc reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational needs and helping drive excellent client service delivery.

Key Requirements necessary for the successful candidate:

  • Proven experience (circa 2 years plus) within financial services, ideally in fund finance, structured lending/finance, credit administration or corporate banking.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and credit approval processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams and managing documentation workflows.
  • Client-focused with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Degree educated.

Salary : 48000 - 52000
