Fund Controller - Renewables - 6m Fixed Term ContractA large alternative investment investment fund has an exciting role for a commercially astute fund controller with experience of being the bridge between finance and the deal team to support on transacations and valuations.This is a 6 month FTC, paying in the region £85,000-£90,000 + benefits, hybrid working

The underlying product is a Lux domiciled renewables fund.The successful candidate will be acting as fund controller for this product and supporting on accounting matters pertaining to acquisitions, disposals, corporate and fund structures.Responsibilities may include:- Oversight of TPAs, reviewing NAVs (valuations), drawdowns, distributions

- Managing the relationship with the fund adminitrators

- Advising on accounting and tax matters in relation to deals- Ensuring compliance with fund investment governance- Advising on accounting policy for transactions- Managing internal and external stakeholdersTo be considered for this role you:- must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ACMA etc)- must have clsoed ended infra/real estate/renewables fund control experience

- undewrstand Luxembourg close ended fund structures- must have have experience of supporting the deal team with accounting matters related to closing deals- should be an energetic, self starter and strong communicator
