The firm manages a diversified global portfolio of real estate assets and structured finance vehicles on behalf of institutional and private investors. With operations in key markets across Europe, North America, and Asia, the firm offers a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on responsible investment and innovation.

This role supports a dedicated real estate debt investments team that focuses on deploying capital across senior debt, mezzanine, development loans, and other structured finance strategies. 

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and you must be available to start by mid-August.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, fund consolidations, and periodic investor reports
• Manage cash flow, capital calls, and investor distributions in coordination with fund managers
• Lead audit processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations across relevant jurisdictions
• Oversee third-party administrators and external service providers
• Provide operational support for loan servicing, compliance monitoring, interest payments, and borrower interactions
• Support new transaction structuring, including financial analysis and documentation coordination
• Act as a liaison between finance, legal, asset management, and banking teams
• Monitor and manage credit facility usage for investment vehicles

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1–2 years post-qualification experience. Experience within a real estate investment management firm and exposure to structured debt vehicles is preferred.
