Fund Accountant Real Estate - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyA well respected Real Estate Investor based in London with growing assets under management. The company has a number of closed and active funds.Your new roleWorking as part of the UK finance function, you will be highly involved in all areas investor/lender reporting and with a lot of the day to day accounting done by the transactional team, the role is highly commercial and operationally involved.Duties

• Responsible for accounting across the Fund projects
• Investor and lender reporting
• Quarterly project and group accounts
• Onboard new acquisitions
• Preparation and modelling for quarterly valuations
• FCA compliance reports
