Full Stack Engineer (Gen AI Focus)Hybrid working - London | Start ASAP | Contract Inside IR35

Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Automation Team, focusing on Gen AI solution building and automation. This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll design, build and optimise both back-end and front-end systems, contributing to cutting-edge AI initiatives across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and manage APIs for integration with third-party services.
• Develop front-end interfaces using JavaScript and frameworks such as React.
• Build and deploy Agentic systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Participate in privacy automation programs, including workflows for user approvals and reviews.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to streamline development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, prioritise tasks and ensure delivery across multiple Gen AI initiatives.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint reviews and planning sessions, contributing to multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience designing and developing operational support systems and automation solutions in Python.
• Experience leading code reviews and ensuring quality in team deliverables.
• Strong back-end development experience, with a focus on AML, data integrity and scalable solutions.
• Experience with front-end development (React/JavaScript) and DevOps/maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in building Agentic systems and multi-agent architectures.
• ETL and data management experience (Postgres, BigQuery, Azure, Snowflake).
• Ability to design solutions, validate requirements and anticipate risks independently.
• Experience coordinating with multiple engineering and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in graph databases and advanced AI frameworks.
• Previous exposure to Agentic systems and chains.
• Experience automating data analytics and reporting across multiple systems.
