We are seeking a highly motivated Front Office Project Manager – Investments to deliver change initiatives within a leading investment management environment. This role is focused on managing front-to-back projects that enhance the tools, systems, and processes used by portfolio managers and research teams. You will act as the key link between investment professionals and project/change functions, ensuring business needs are captured, translated, and delivered effectively. This is a hands-on role with visibility to senior stakeholders and real impact on how investment teams operate. Key Responsibilities• Lead front-office change projects from requirements gathering through to delivery and post-implementation. • Work closely with portfolio managers, research analysts, and senior stakeholders to define needs and translate them into actionable project outcomes. • Deliver and optimise use of front-office systems and data platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Snowflake, Alteryx, and Power BI. • Improve governance, risk processes, and investment data infrastructure to support decision-making. • Coordinate across business, change, and technology teams to ensure aligned project execution. • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes. • Embed solutions into front office teams, with appropriate documentation, training, and stakeholder support. Skills & Experience• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Change Manager within asset management, wealth management, or capital markets. • Strong knowledge of investment processes, research workflows, and portfolio management tools. • Hands-on experience with front-office platforms: FactSet, Bloomberg, and ideally Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI. • Recognised project management qualification ( PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools. Ideal Background• Front-office change, transformation, or investment operations project experience. • Exposure to product governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks in investment management. • Track record of delivering projects that improve investment platforms, tools, or processes.
