Job Location : Bristol, UK
Due to the current job holder soon to be going on maternity leave, Reed have partnered with a national law firm, supporting with the hire of a Front of House Office Coordinator to join their team in Central Bristol.
Role is to start at the beginning of October, with a minimum of 6 months maternity contract, possibly longer (to be confirmed). During this time, you will be employed by the firm and will receive a large number of the company benefits mentioned below (pro rata’d).
40 hour working week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm/8:30am – 5:30pm (hour for lunch) with some flexibility required on occasion for any breakfast/evening events.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a front of house position, incorporating facilities, office administration, and reception duties.
Working alongside the main Receptionist and Facilities Manager, the Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing a variety of tasks.
