Description
As Office Co-ordinator, you will:
- Manage the front desk, ensuring all visitors and clients receive a warm and professional welcome.
- Oversee incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all spaces are well-maintained and presentable.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishments.
- Assist with organising internal events and team activities as needed.
- Ensure health and safety compliance within the office space.
- Provide ad-hoc support to various teams as required.
Profile
A successful Front of House & Office Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or administrative role, ideally in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to manage changing priorities.
