KC Group are recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to join a leading business based at their modern offices in the Fort Dunlop area.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum. Full or part time hours will be considered, however you must be on site Monday - Friday. An example of part time hours 9.30am - 3.00pm.Duties and Responsibilities of the Front of House Administrator role Include:
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming front of house service.
- Support the wider business with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing meeting room bookings
- Handling incoming calls
- Preparing documents
- Organising post
- Providing secretarial support to various teams.
To be considered for the Front of House Administrator role you will be:
- Highly Organised
- Proactive approach to work, with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
