Your new companyYour new company are a well established banking and accounting firm based in Mayfair, West London. The head office is a corporate environment, with a large volume of senior and professional clientele on a daily basis.Your new roleYour new role will be assisting corporate business professionals with face-to-face enquiries, assisting with over the phone customer service as well as written communication.You will be the sole point of contact for any Facilities needs within the building and in charge of liaising with external contractors to complete works.Booking meeting rooms and notifying colleagues of visitors, as well as supervising visitors where required (including contractors).Arranging couriers and deliveries.What you'll need to succeedIt is a requirement to have experience in a corporate finance/banking/investment background, or similar, for more than 1 year.You must be a flexible and reliable individual, as you are the sole point of contact for the building.A friendly, professional and approachable individual.
