Start fresh this summer with an exciting new opportunity in one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods!We’re recruiting on behalf of a 160-room boutique residence hotel in Notting Hill Gate, known for its charm, character, and exceptional guest service. ? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in front desk or guest services (management experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Calm, professional approach – even under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination with other departments
• A passion for creating positive, memorable guest experiences

?? YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee all guest-facing operations including front desk, guest services, and reservations
• Manage and support a team of 6–7 staff (receptionists and night porters)
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, dining room, and kitchen to ensure smooth operations
• Handle room assignments, guest requests, and ensure high service standards
• Focus on creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every guest
