Academics (agency) are seeking a French Teacher to cover a role in a Newport secondary school starting 1st September 2025, and continuing until the end of the 2025/26 academic year. The school are looking to offer a permanent contract after the Autumn term for the right person. About the French Teacher Role: You will be responsible for teaching French to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will create engaging lessons, promote a love for language learning, and ensure students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Requirements for this French Teacher Role:

• A DBS Check
• EWC registration
• QTS (or equivalent), with a specialism in French
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in learning.
