The Company:Our client is a well-established service provider with international operations

Main Duties:To be responsible for the management and assignment of staff to ensure smooth operations as well as provide relevant information to internal and external departments

The Role:- To collect, record and communicate relevant information required in order to ensure activities are run accurately- To ensure teams start their shift timeously and arrange cover if needed- Be responsible for communication to internal departments and clients- Ensure company policies are maintained and followed by staff- Ensure staff are maintaining a high level of customer service- Respond to enquiries from staff and internal departments- Monitor and log operations in the control centre as well as identify any issues and communicate these to the necessary departments- Comply with all safety documentation as needed for the role- Ensure that the computerised documentation system is kept up to date

The Candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential- Previous experience in railway / control centre beneficial- Ability to work under pressure as well as in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills and able to lead by example- Good IT skills- Valid Driver’s licence and passport essential
