French speaking Sales Representative - Language Matters : Job Details

Our client, a well-known international company within the sport industry, is currently looking for a French-speaking Sales Representative to be part of their vibrant team based in Basingstoke. You will be working closely with the sales department and providing excellent customer service and sales across the France market. The role offers a hybrid scheme 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and sales as well as up-selling across the French market.
• Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded in a timely manner and resolving any issues there may occur.
• Maintaining client/customer satisfaction by developing a strong relationship
• Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company
• Hitting your targets and keep up with the KPIs.

About you:

The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French speaking Sales Representative, you will become part of a diverse, friendly, and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in French and English to a native level, both written and spoken
• Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative or Customer Service
• Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
• Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven and motivated
