Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and support with export administration.

The Role:- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- To process orders and follow up to ensure status is updated regularly- To manage and resolve any delays with deliveries including export documentation- To update stock availability and lead times to ensure accurate delivery estimation- To assist with quotations using price lists provided- To liaise with shipping companies for competitive export prices- To escalate high-value enquiries as necessary

The Candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in B2B customer service and/or export - Desirable- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate

The Salary: circa £25,000 p.a.
