French Speaking Credit Controller - Nigel Wright Group : Job Details

Are you fluent in French and English with a passion for finance and customer relations? We’re looking for a skilled Credit Controller to join a dynamic international team based in Cramlington.As a Credit Controller, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely debt collection, evaluating credit risks, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your work will directly impact revenue and financial performance across the region. 

• Proactively manage and collect debts
• Evaluate credit requests and set limits
• Prepare repayment plans and initiate legal procedures if needed
• Reconcile accounts and allocate multi-currency payments
• Conduct debtor reviews and prepare financial reports

• 3+ years in credit control or similar finance role
• Fluent in French and English (additional European languages a plus)
• Proficient in Excel and SAP
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
