Reporting to the credit manager you will be responsible for owning a set portfolio of business for business clients, chasing for outstanding monies owned along with back office AR duties so will be a varied role.

I am excited to be representing a successful international tech business based in Cheadle-Hulme who are on the look out for a French Speaking Credit Controller to join the team. Reporting to the credit Manager you will be responsible for owning a set portfolio of business for business clients, chasing for outstanding monies owned along with back office AR duties so will be a varied role.

DUTIES:

• building solid business relations with key clients and query management.
• As the sole French Speaking Credit Controller you will have autonomy to ensure your portfolio is clean and aged debt kept to a minimum, developing relationships and repeat business.
• As a support to the Credit Manager you will assist with various adhoc financial admin duties.
• Maintain schedules and reconciliation for debtors reporting issues to the credit manager - ensuring any problematic customers are flagged.
• Continuous improvements of processes to develop a streamline function.
• Process factoring files to ensure cash inflows.

THE PERSON:

Experience of Credit Control is essential as is the ability to self manage and take control to ensure cash flow

• Fluent in French (Speaking and written)
• Willingness to learn and take on additional finance duties (training provided)
• Computer literate
• legal exposure and escalations
• managing a complex international ledger

What you'll get in return
