A rapidly expanding international debt collection agency is currently looking for an experienced commercial credit professional with fluent French language skills, as well as fluency in English, to join its credit management team on a 3-6 month contract (with the possibility of the role becoming permanent).

You will be part of a highly experienced and skilled global collections team, where you will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers covering French and English speaking markets. You will be actively managing your ledger across a range of different industries focusing on maximising cash collection, query management, and working towards targets.

This role will be a home based position.

Duties:

• Actively manage your portfolio to maximise cash collection
• Managing complex queries and disputes through to resolution
• Ensuring all updates are logged in a timely manner on system
• Working towards and achieving targets set
• Adhering to country specific legal and financial regulations

Skills Required:

• Proven experience within commercial debt collection/credit control is essential.
• Fluency in French (as well as English) is essential.
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Proven ability to work in a target driven environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding communications skills both verbally and written
• Team player, whilst demonstrating ability to work autonomously (especially as this is a remote based role)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self motivated
• Strong Excel skills
