The Company:Our client is a luxurious service provider in the hospitality industry.

Main duties:To maximise revenue through bookings.

The Role:- Providing excellent customer service (by phone and email)- Processing rooms reservations for customers- Using selling techniques to upgrade rooms and achieve targets- Keep up to date with product knowledge and procedures- Attend meetings and training sessions- Administrative duties when required

The candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in hospitality - Required- Sales or administrative experience - Desired- Target driven and motivated- Excellent communication skills- Flexible and able to adapt to change

Salary: Circa £33k + Commission + Benefits
