Salary: Up to £30,000Benefits:

Role Overview:

This dynamic role is split between two key areas of responsibility: Reception/Administrative Support and HR Assistance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and supporting our HR team.

Reception/Administrative Support (1/3 of time allocation):Responsibilities:
  • Presential Reception Desk:
    • Greet visitors and ensure a positive experience.
    • Assist clients with coffee, Wi-Fi access, and other amenities.
  • Office Supplies Management:
    • Handle office supply orders, including weekly stationary top-ups.
    • Monitor supply levels in kitchens and photocopiers.
  • Event Logistics:
    • Collaborate with the Event Assistant to organize monthly events.
    • Assist with event setup and coordination.
2. HR Tasks (2/3 of time allocation):Training:
  • Training will begin from day one, with the goal of transitioning to 100% HR tasks by mid-September.
Responsibilities:
  • Existing Staff Monitoring:
    • Use HR software to track staff details and updates.
    • Maintain individual staff HR files.
  • Recruitment and New Staff Monitoring:
    • Assist the HRBP with recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and document preparation.
    • Create and organize HR files for new hires.
    • Prepare staff bios prior to their arrival.
  • Leavers’ Monitoring:
    • Manage leavers’ documentation, including exit checklists and holiday balances.
    • Coordinate exit day logistics.
    • Digitally archive leavers’ HR files.
  • HR Procedures:
    • Help prepare and proofread new HR procedures.
  • Holiday & Sickness Tracking:
    • Monitor staff leave and sickness absences in real time.

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English (due to a balanced mix of clients).
  • Strong common sense and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Salary : 28000 - 30000
