Main duties:Provide support to the French and Spanish markets

The Role:- Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email- Assist with the dispatch of parcels- Order processing- Prepare quotes and invoices- Earn commission by upselling and cross-selling

The candidate:- Fluent in French AND Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential- Strong customer service experience- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Self-motivated and dynamic personality- IT literate (MS office)The salary: up to £25,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits
