The Role

As a Freight Forwarder, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end forwarding activities. You’ll provide excellent customer service, manage customs clearances, quotes, shipments, invoicing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end forwarding operations across Air, Sea, and Road
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs
• Liaise with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Maintain accurate invoicing, job costing, and milestone tracking
• Complete customs entries and control costs
• Support month-end compliance and reporting
• Assist in customer reviews and development initiatives
• Operate within company QA systems and maintain a clean desk policy

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• GCSE/O Level education or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service and freight forwarding operations

Preferred:

• Business-related experience
• Knowledge of international logistics and transport systems
• Understanding of financial impacts on business operations
• Proficiency in CargoWise and MS Office

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends
