Freelance Site Manager - Fusion People Ltd : Job Details

£15 Million conversion of an existing storage/distribution unit into a research/development facility which involves the installation of a sprinkler tank, photovoltaic panels and other associated equipment.

Role will be to manage the project from inception through to completion and handover to the client involving daily management and supervision for the clients subcontractor labour, site inductions, RAMS, coordination of Health & Safety programme, attending client/contractor progress meetings and delivering progress reports to the Project Manager. Experience working for a principle contractor with CAT A/B fitout would be preferential
