Freelance Senior Product/UX Designer (E-commerce, Growth Design)

Location: Victoria, London (Hybrid: 2 days in-house + 3 days remote)Start Date: Monday, 15th SeptemberEnd Date: Friday 28th November (3 months, strong chance of extension)Day Rate: £500/day (Inside IR35, via Umbrella only)Commitment: Full-time, 5 days per weekClient: Global credit and fintech company

We're looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to support e-commerce and subscription products. You'll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end experience, balancing user needs with commercial outcomes to drive growth.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in subscription SaaS or e-commerce, and the ability to deliver hands-on UX, UI, and optimisation work in a fast-paced environment.

• Design across web & app e-commerce and subscription journeys (this previous experience is essential)

• Deliver end-to-end solutions in Figma, using a defined pattern library

• Lead discovery and usability testing to validate and optimise experiences

• Collaborate with product, e-commerce, optimisation, and design teams

• Deliver the full spectrum: research, UX, UI, A/B testing, optimisation

• Highlight accessibility, usability, and compliance in all design work

• Facilitate workshops (with occasional ad-hoc sessions in Nottingham)

• Apply a commercial mindset with experience in analytics & experimentation

• Bring strong case studies in subscription/e-commerce (feature gating a plus)

• Fintech experience is highly desirable
