Fraud Lawyer - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

Join the UK’s leading and longest-established Counter Fraud Team. Our client is looking for experienced legal professionals to manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent motor claims, working with major insurer clients to challenge dishonest claims and shape fraud litigation strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Handle a litigated caseload of suspected fraud (e.g. staged accidents, credit hire fraud, exaggerated/invented claims)
• Develop and execute case strategies from litigation to resolution
• Collaborate with fraud specialists and liaise with insurer clients
• Ensure compliance with court timetables, CPR and internal guidelines
• Analyse evidence and identify strategic litigation opportunities
• Achieve financial targets and maintain accurate MI and billing

What Our Client is Looking For:

• 2 Years plus experience in Defendant Fraud
• RTA pre-litigated or litigated claims experience
• Strong knowledge of CPR and insurance litigation processes
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills
• Advocacy experience desirable
• Experience in organised or linked fraud beneficial (not essential)
