On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Framework Analyst for a contract based in London, hybrid(3 days in the office).

Job description - the role

Purpose of the role:

The Chief Risk Office oversees the management of credit, market, operational, enterprise, and liquidity risks across the Group, driving the development of risk measurement methods, frameworks, and a strong risk culture.

What you'll do:

The London-based role reports to the Head of Framework, Regulatory and Audit within the New Business Office. The individual will support the design and implementation of new or enhanced framework components, ensuring alignment with the bank's standards, industry best practices, and regulatory expectations. They will also assist RTB teams with framework implementation.

This role, at a high level, is responsible for:

  • 2nd Line stakeholders to design and implement framework enhancements
  • Socialising proposals with 1st and 2nd Line stakeholders to refine design and implementation concepts
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to assess the impact of changes we make to the Framework
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to run Pilots etc.
  • Refine design and implementation concepts based on feedback and Pilot outcomes etc.
  • Ensure proposals are in line with the bank's minimum requirements and audit/regulatory expectations
  • Support closure of Audit and Regulatory Findings related to identified weaknesses in the framework
  • Assist in the review and sign-off of New Product Approvals

The skills you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar role within Financial Services and experience building and implementing frameworks.
  • Knowledge, and understanding, of risk assessment frameworks for new Products and Transactions.
  • Experience working on Audit/Regulatory driven initiatives with an ability to define action plans to address audit findings, coordinate execution and produce high quality closure memos
  • Ability to communicate concisely to senior stakeholders, constructively discuss concepts, take on feedback and adapt accordingly.
  • Strong oral and written skills with an ability to distil topics into understandable summaries with clear conclusions and explanations of rationale.
  • Experience with change projects is desirable.
