FP&A Manager - Leading Sports & Media Agency

A dynamic and fast-growing Sports and Media agency is seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join its UK & Europe finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and driving performance across multiple entities in the region.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a Finance Business Partner to senior UK & Europe leadership, including the Virtual CCO and CTO.

• Leading the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process across the region.

• Supporting the UK & Europe Financial Controller with monthly performance analysis against budget and forecast.

• Delivering regular and insightful customer and headcount reporting.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of long-term financial forecasts.

• Taking ownership of investment case models and tracking KPIs against original assumptions.

• Supporting cash flow forecasting in collaboration with the UK & Europe FC to ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts.

• Managing the capital expenditure (CapEx) forecasting process.

• Assisting the Head of FP&A and Group FC with system improvement initiatives, particularly around automation of reporting.

• Providing ad hoc financial analysis and support to the Global Head of FP&A and Group CFO.
