The FP&A Manager will:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Deliver strategic insights to senior leadership, helping to drive profitability and growth
• Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategy
• Analyse financial and operational performance, and identify risks and opportunities
• Support product pricing decisions and maintaining product-level P&Ls
• Drive continuous improvement across the business through strategic projects

Key Skills & Experience required:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified would be ideal although Qualified by Experience will also be considered 
• At least 3 years’ experience in FP&A, ideally within Tech, Manufacturing, or a complex business environment
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
• Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for driving business success
