FP&A Manager - Alexander Lloyd : Job Details

Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering their long standing insurance client to appoint an FP&A Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join an existing FP&A team based in Central London.

They are seeking an experienced candidate who has a solid dedicated FP&A background (gained in the insurance sector) either currently operating as Senior Analyst seeking a step into management or an existing Manager level seeking a new challenge.

This person will have strong financial modelling skills, advanced Excel, the ability to guide and lead a small team, business partnering experience and be technically strong from an FP&A perspective.

Key duties will include;

• Supporting and business partnering the underwriting teams
• Carrying out detailed financial analysis, deep dive and communicate the story to your stakeholders
• Annual budgeting and forecasting
• Review of financial results
• Involvement with key projects

ESSENTIAL

• Solid FP&A experience
• Qualified Accountant ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA
• INSURANCE sector experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and non finance professionals
