FP&A Manager

• Salary: Up to £75,000, depending on experience

Reed Finance are partnering with a successful and growing business who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team. This role is crucial for providing management reporting, financial analysis, and support across various financial activities within the organisation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare management reports and provide insightful commentary for submission to stakeholders.
• Handle month-end journals and review both the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Conduct revenue reporting and manage regular budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Participate in year-end activities including audits.
• Lead and contribute to financial projects.
• Assist with working capital management as required.
• Mentor and support junior staff members.
• Recommend improvements to financial systems and operational methods.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting and explaining financial data.
