HW Finance are working exclusively with a well-established and growing business who are market leading in their field.
About the role:
This is a hands on and varied role, working closely with stakeholders across the business to support company performance and decision making. You will also support one part-qualified accountant.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for annual budget process and monthly reforecasting, working closely with stakeholders across the business
- Review of monthly management accounts
- Identify trends and produce variance analysis to track performance
- Regular reporting and financial analysis to support key business decision making
- Support and management of 1-2 direct reports
- Business partner Heads of Department to support and influence decision making
- Support with ongoing software development and process efficiencies
- Ad hoc support to Bid department and wider finance function
About You:
- Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong stakeholder management skills - confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to handle large data sets
- Prior financial analysis experience
- Prior experience of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
