FP&A Manager - Axon Moore Group Ltd : Job Details

FP&A Manager | Manchester city centre (hybrid) | £65,000 - £75,000 | PE backedAxon Moore are working exclusively with a PE backed business who are looking to add a commercially astute FP&A Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role, you must be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with prior experience in a Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance role. You’d be expected to hit the ground running within the team, leading all financial planning & analysis across the business whilst supporting the senior leadership teams.Responsibilities include:

• Business partnering with the wider teams to understand business performance and how this translates into the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
• Acting as a conduit between finance and operational teams to help drive profitable growth
• Reviewing of commercial arrangements and business cases helping to inform decision making
• Lead the annual budgeting process
• Provide high quality actionable analysis, ensuring sufficient challenge is provided
• Preparation of board materials including overseeing the preparation of monthly board packs
• Regular reporting of market performance, looking at competitors, new business ventures
• Working with the Head of Commercial Finance and other senior leaders, develop and maintain relationships with banks, PE house etc

Ideal candidate:

• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) 
• An ability to present financial information to colleagues in a clear, concise and confident manner
• Cross functional stakeholder management and an ability to lead change across the business
