FP&A Manager - Venture Recruitment Partners : Job Details

Are you an FP&A professional seeking your next contract assignment? Venture Recruitment Partners are supporting a PE-backed business based on the outskirts of Bournemouth, who are seeking to recruit an FP&A Manager on an initial 3-6 month contract basis. Key Responsibilities to include:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business
• Provide decision support and business partnering with certain head office functional departments
• Tracking and forecasting strategic initiative projects
• Provide performance management reporting monthly as required to inform the strategic decision-making requirements of senior management
• Prepare the forecast/budget consolidation ensuring all overlays are considered, and treated in accordance with the appropriate group accounting treatment
• Prepare short and medium term cashflow forecasting model, involving close liaison with both central and divisional finance functions
• Support the Senior Financial Planning Manager in the preparation of the medium-term business plan and the annual going concern assessment

Key Skills/Experience to include:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• FP&A/Finance Business Partnering/Commercial Finance background
• Advanced Excel skills
• Available to start at no later than 1-2 weeks notice

Salary - £60-65,000 p/a Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week in the office
