Job Title: FP&A Analyst

My client is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. To support their continued growth and enhance their strategic financial capabilities, they are seeking a dedicated FP&A Analyst. This pivotal role will initially focus on shaping and controlling their upcoming budget process, with a significant emphasis on aligning and consolidating data from multiple systems and platforms.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to make a substantial impact by streamlining their financial planning infrastructure. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between disparate data sources, enabling a unified and accurate view of our financial performance and future projections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Process Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and control of their upcoming annual budget process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Systems Consolidation: Drive initiatives to align and integrate financial data from various operational and financial systems/platforms into a cohesive consolidation framework.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling to support business decision-making and identify key trends and opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing FP&A processes, reporting methodologies, and data flows to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with departmental heads and senior leadership to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.
• Reporting Enhancement: Develop and refine management reports and dashboards to provide clear, concise, and timely financial information.

The successful candidate will be Qualified or Part-Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with relevant experience, looking to join a growing organisation during an exciting period of transformation.
