Join our client as a Recruitment and Family Finding Officer, where you'll lead strategic initiatives to recruit foster carers and drive impactful change in the lives of children and young people. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead foster carer recruitment campaigns at local, regional, and national levels.
- Build and nurture relationships within local communities to organise outreach and information events.
- Deliver presentations and engage with community groups—including faith-based organisations such as churches and mosques—to raise awareness of foster care.
- Collaborate with internal teams and local authorities to ensure aligned and effective recruitment efforts.
- Respond promptly to foster care enquiries and arrange home visits for prospective carers.
- Represent the organisation at public events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions, seminars, and conferences.
- Ensure all recruitment activities and documentation adhere to agency policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with children and young people in social care, counselling, or similar human services environments.
- Strong public speaking and recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
