Join our client as a Recruitment and Family Finding Officer, where you'll lead strategic initiatives to recruit foster carers and drive impactful change in the lives of children and young people. Please note: This position is fully office-based and does not offer hybrid or remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead foster carer recruitment campaigns at local, regional, and national levels.
• Build and nurture relationships within local communities to organise outreach and information events.
• Deliver presentations and engage with community groups—including faith-based organisations such as churches and mosques—to raise awareness of foster care.
• Collaborate with internal teams and local authorities to ensure aligned and effective recruitment efforts.
• Respond promptly to foster care enquiries and arrange home visits for prospective carers.
• Represent the organisation at public events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions, seminars, and conferences.
• Ensure all recruitment activities and documentation adhere to agency policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and young people in social care, counselling, or similar human services environments.
• Strong public speaking and recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
