The Role:

As a Form Grinder, you will play a crucial role in the precision machining of aerospace components. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy are met, contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate form grinding machines to tight tolerances
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Inspect and measure finished components using appropriate tools
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work to strict aerospace quality standards

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in form grinding or similar precision machining roles
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring equipment
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the aerospace sector (desirable)
