Forklift and Warehouse OperatorMonday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm (45 min lunch) Plus either every Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm or Sunday 9am - 3pm GBP£12.50 - GBP13.50 per hour depending on experience Staff discounts, overtime opportunities and bonuses! Permanent role Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are searching for a Forklift and Warehouse Operator to work for a family run distribution company based in High Wycombe. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about growing within a business and values team work. The main responsibilities of the Forklift and Warehouse Operator are:

· Checking customer orders and locating goods. · Printing shipping labels and ensuring placed correctly on items. · Packing items for shipments at high standards onto pallets safely and securely (using tape gun). · Manage rota stock and ensuring that storage is stocked at all times. · Using trolleys to move goods. · Inspecting goods for damage or faults before packing. · Following health and safety policies and procedures at all times. · Meet weekly key performance indicators in relation to accuracy, stock levels, tidiness and shipment of parcels.

The requirements of the Forklift and Warehouse Operator are:

· We are looking for a forward thinking person who has a lot of common sense and a good strong work ethic, passionate about what they do and value the team around them. · Must be able to think logically when managing the stock and rotating.

- Must have a forklift licence.· Physically fit to move products and stack pallets. · Understands the need of high standards when packing items. · Polite and positive attitude at all times and happy to get stuck in!
