Fork Lift Driver/Stores Person - Contract Personnel Limited : Job Details

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Fork Lift Driver/Stores Person based in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is essential due to site location.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver / Stores Person to join a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence and have experience working in a fast-paced stores or logistics setting.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Pushing panels through a machine to apply a finished edge, cutting ply frames on a beam saw, making ply frames using handheld tools, and using tools to make finished products
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles and move stock within the warehouse
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards
• Any other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date and RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Physically fit and able to lift/move stock when required
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:30
