We are recruiting for a Forecast and Insight Analyst to join our Customer & Wholesale Services team on a permanent basis!

What you'll be doing:

The Resource, Planning and Delivery teamwork within the Customer and Wholesale Services business unit to ensure customer contacts are responded to within levels of service, these contacts encompass telephone calls, all digital channels and written correspondence. We are an inclusive team of 30 individuals with a genuine passion to make today great for our colleagues and customers. As well as this, you'll be responsible for… - The timely production of accurate short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts using CACI Forecaster and Workforce management software mainly for our Debt Recovery teams. - Taking ownership of forecasting models and data insight analysis - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of demand forecasts using a range of software - Interpreting analytical content and the ability to relay in a verbal format - Leading the management of key metrics for trend analysis of customer contact - Working collaboratively and liaising with key stakeholders - Making a positive difference to the people you serve - Developing expertise with the aim of becoming a forecast specialist, with continuous development through a variety of learning content - Exploring new ways of working and encouraged to provide innovative approaches

What does it take to be successful? - Numerically minded - Strong Excel and analytical skills - Customer service focus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ideally experience in a forecasting or similar statistical role - Self-motivated to achieve your own and team goals - Demonstrate the use of initiative and independent judgement - Problem analysis and assessment - Planning and organisation - Excellent computer skills including use of M365 suite (preferably PowerBI experience)
