Our client is seeking a dedicated Lecturer i to join our educational team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to providing high-quality education in the field of catering.

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions in catering to students.
• Develop and update curriculum and course materials in line with industry standards.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their learning and career aspirations.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the enhancement of teaching strategies and course offerings.
• Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant and comprehensive.

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
• Formal teaching qualification.
• Experience in an assessor or verifier role.
• Proven experience teaching in an educational setting, preferably in catering or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
