Fluent Mandarin Speaker - Customer Service Advisor£13.00 per hourOngoing Long-Term Temporary position

An excellent opportunity to join our client; a leader within the property sector based in Central London.

Training will be carried out at their office in Central London, after this point you will need to be in the office twice a week and the rest of the time will be from home. (Full equipment will be provided.)

We are currently recruiting for a Mandarin speaker on a long term temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly committed Customer service advisor to join a fast growing team.

The role will involve speaking to customers, answering queries, updating the in-house systems and ensuring all documentation is correct.

The ideal candidate will need to have the below skills -

• Ability to speak Mandarin fluently
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
