Fleet Coordinator
Immediate Start | Temporary Contract until End of February (Potential Extension)
3 Days Office-Based, Full time - 37hrs a week
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to the fleet team, helping to ensure all company vehicles are maintained, serviced, and compliant with statutory requirements. You will be the first point of contact for fleet enquiries and play a vital role in maintaining accurate vehicle records and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the Fleet enquiries telephone line
- Responding to general Fleet email enquiries
- Contacting operatives to confirm MOT and service appointments
- Booking hire vehicles as required
- Maintaining and updating the Fleetcheck system
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative duties
- Arranging vehicle servicing, repairs, MOTs, and other statutory checks
- Maintaining vehicle history files and fleet documentation
- Updating driver records and compliance data
- Managing fines, glass repairs, and other driver-related queries
- Communicating with drivers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the wider Fleet team to ensure quality service delivery
Candidate Requirements
