Fleet Coordinator/Administrator

£15.07 per hour

Etton, Peterborough

Temporary role for 12 weeks 

37 hours per week (working from the office)

Our client is looking for someone who has experience working in a fleet team. This role is a very fast paced role and will also involve duties such as collecting/moving vehicles, so will require someone who is comfortable driving different vehicle types and has a full UK manual driving licence.

Role:

  • Keeping fleet databases and vehicle tracking system up to date and accurate
  • Ensuring fleet maintenance schedules are up to date including servicing and MOT’s.
  • Run reports on fuel spend and mileage.
  • Administration of parking penalties, driving contraventions, speeding fines and accidents/incidents.
  • Support Fleet Services Manager

Skills:

  • Strong administrative mindset and attention to detail
  • Full UK manual driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment 
  • Experience of working of working with tax, MOT’s and telematics across a large fleet.
