Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your skills will make a real impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support our logistics team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our fleet runs smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch service to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of all vehicles in our fleet. You'll schedule regular maintenance, co-ordinate repairs, and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards, keeping our operations running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate records of each vehicle, including registration details, maintenance history, and other relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
  • Manage fleet management systems and technologies to track vehicle location, monitor driving behaviour, and boost overall efficiency
  • Work closely with suppliers, such as vehicle maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, and insurance companies, to ensure seamless fleet operations
  • Liaise with internal staff and clients through phone, email, and face-to-face appointments, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Respond promptly to internal and external queries via email and phone, providing excellent service and support

About You:

  • Experience in a similar admin-based role within a transport, logistics, or fleet environment.
  • Confident using tools such as MS Excel, Outlook, and transport or compliance databases
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines
  • Experience Handling PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) Processes
  • Understanding of the end-to-end process of managing PCNs or willingness to learn quickly if familiar with similar compliance admin
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication with colleagues, drivers, and external parties
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
