FIT Sales and Operations Executive - Japanese Speaker - C&M Travel Recruitment : Job Details

FIT Sales and Operations Executive, Japanese Speaker: This well established specialist Tour Operator are seeking candidates who will be dealing with FIT booking and operation enquires within their B2B team. This role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis following probation with a salary of up to £28,000 increase to £29K after 3 months, plus annual bonus.FIT Sales and Operation Executive, Japanese Speaker - responsibilities: 

• B2B sales handing FIT reservations and bookings from the Asian market speaking Japanese.
• Calculation and preparation of packages / tailormade itineraries / ad-hoc products
• Emailing offers over to client and provide suggestions to their bookings
• Issuing rail tickets and travel documentations
• Administration support to the head of department

FIT Sales and Operation Executive skills required:

• Previous experience within the travel industry ideally in a similar role
• Fluent Japanese and English - Written and Spoken 
• Good IT and MS office knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail

Additional Information:

• Salary up to £28,000 increase to £29K after 3 months plus annual bonus
• £500 annual benefit allowance towards commute costs or gym membership (pro-rata)
• Hybrid with office in City of London 3 days in the office 2 days from home following probation
• Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00
