Fire Safety Manager Role Location: North London Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – FriLength: 3 – 6 months temporary, ongoing
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Lead and Coordinate all Trust Fire related matters in addition to Fire Safety advice on all new Capital Projects, at over 50 Trust sites providing inpatient and outpatient services
- Review of all Fire Risk Assessments and Remedial Actions
- Responsible for Fire Warden training programme
- Undertake Gap analysis of Fire Strategies and Fire Compartmentation in all In Patient areas
- Hold Trust Fire Safety Group meetings
Essential requirements:
- You must be educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualifications relating to fire safety management
- You will ideally be a Corporate member of a professional organisation i.e., Institution of Fire Engineers Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) qualification and will ideally hold a Membership of an Association of Fire Officers
- The ideal candidate will have previously worked within the Fire Service
